Every event we take on is supported by a team that understands how to manage both the details and the flow of a celebration in real time. From planning and logistics to on-site execution, each role is intentional—ensuring your event is handled with clarity, care, and precision from start to finish.
While Kristen leads the planning process and overall execution, the team works together behind the scenes to keep everything aligned, supported, and running smoothly, so you never have to step in.

I’ve been planning and coordinating events for over a decade, with a focus on weddings that require structure, intention, and seamless execution from start to finish.
What started as something I naturally gravitated toward—organizing, hosting, and bringing people together—quickly became something more. I saw how much goes into creating an experience that feels effortless, and how valuable it is to have someone leading that process with clarity and control.
I’m a wife, a mom, and a business owner—and this work matters to me on a deeper level. Not just because I love events, but because I understand what they hold.
The beginning of a marriage. A milestone. A moment people will look back on for the rest of their lives.
My role is to take everything you’ve envisioned and make sure it’s executed exactly as it should be—without you carrying the weight of it.

Jessica brings a calm, grounded presence to every event she supports. She thrives in fast-moving environments, adapts seamlessly when plans shift, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the experience unfolds exactly as intended.
With a strong instinct for timing, logistics, and real-time problem-solving, she ensures both clients and vendors feel supported, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
With a background in operations and coordination, Jessica has a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise and keep details aligned without disruption. She takes pride in creating order behind the scenes so clients can remain present and fully immersed in their day.
At her core, she loves seeing everything come together quietly and seamlessly—watching people relax, trust the process, and enjoy the moment without carrying the weight of logistics.
Outside of events, Jessica values time with her two sons, prioritizes her health, and finds peace in books and the outdoors. She brings that same sense of grounding into every event she supports—steady, present, and quietly intentional.

Judith — better known as Hanz — brings a grounded, hands-on approach to every event she supports. With a strong background in operations, coordination, and client experience, she steps into the flow of an event quickly and helps keep everything moving with ease and intention.
She has a natural ability to read the room, anticipate shifting needs, and adjust in real time without disrupting the energy of the day. Reliable and intuitive, Hanz supports both clients and vendors in a way that keeps everything aligned and running smoothly behind the scenes.
What sets Hanz apart is her presence in motion—she doesn’t just observe what’s happening, she actively helps carry it forward. Whether it’s smoothing logistics, stepping in where needed, or keeping transitions on track, she ensures the experience feels steady, supported, and well-executed from every angle.
For her, the most rewarding part is seeing everything come together naturally and knowing she helped make that flow possible.
Outside of events, Hanz is always on the move—traveling when she can, getting lost in a good book, or balancing life with her two kids (usually with coffee in hand and something playing in the background). She brings that same real-world rhythm and adaptability into every event she’s part of.
